Gaza is not merely fighting for peace or occupation — it is entangled in defending its own “peace dealers.” The more it aligns with those who trade ideology for survival, the harder it becomes to think of the generations yet to come. If a people are willing to stake their children’s future for a prolonged conflict, they must face the truth that decades of war produce only two certainties: more deaths and a thriving trade in weapons. Nothing else.

প্রভু: দেখিলাম সবই, রাস্তা-ঘাট, উপরে বয়ে যাওয়া সন্তোষজনক ফ্লাইওভার, সিঙ্গুরের মাঠে টাটার ফাটা কারখানা আর চাষীদের গাওয়া, মা-মাটি-মানুষ, আর না আর না l বৎস, বলছি কোনো এক মহিলা নাকি ছিলেন কারখানা প্রকল্পে অসন্তুষ্ট, কাটমানি নামক ক্রিপ্টো পেয়ে হয়েছেন বেশ পুষ্ট l

বৎস: কি করে বলি প্রভু, আমিও ছিলাম ওই মহিলার দলের একজন মাত্র, দলেরই অন্য একজন এসে করে দিলো পেছনে কাঠি, বলে, 'এ মাটি আমার, তোর নাই এখানে কোনো ঘটি-বাটি' l

প্রভু: বেশ করেছিস, দল ছেড়েছিস, তা আবার জাবি নাকি অন্য দলে, করাতে পেছনে কাঠি?

বৎস: যে অপমান পেয়েছি আমি, তার প্রতিশোধ আমার চাই, এতো বছর রাজনীতিতে তাই আছি কেন ছাই!

প্রভু: প্রতিশোধ বাজে জিনিস, ইগনোর করো তাই l নীতি ছাড়া রাজনীতি, কি এসেযায়? মানুষের ভালো করো, বলো রামের জয়, কৃষ্ণ সেতো বেয়াদব, কাটুক তোমার মনের ভয় l

বৎস: এ কেমন কথা প্রভু, সেই পথেই তো চলে এসেছি তোমার কাছে, আসা নিয়ে মনে, করতে স্বার্থ চরিতার্থ l

প্রভু: স্বার্থের খোঁজে খুঁজেছো যা, তাতে পড়েছে অসুরের অকাল স্পর্শ l

বৎস(ভীত সন্ত্রস্ত): একেমন বিচার, শিখেছি শিষ্টাচার, জয় করেছি বেদনার কত ঝড়, কত লোভ, কত লালসা l তবু, আজ যেন একলা লাগে, মৃত্যুতে লাগে ভয় l প্রভু, রাখবো তোমারে, ললাটে আমার, শুধু বলে দাও কি করে হবো মৃত্যুঞ্জয় l

প্রভু: যা করেছিস, তা খুবই ক্ষুদ্র, দেবতারা খুশি নয় অল্পেতে l যদি হতে হয় মৃত্যুঞ্জয়, জীবনে করো এনজয় l নয়তো দেবতারাও দেবে অভিশাপ, নিয়ে বইতে হবে অপরের জীবনের পাপ l
